Payment, Packaging and Delivery
Shopping Cart (PayPal) - Making a payment is easy using the
secure Paypal system. After selecting the item that you wish
to purchase, just click on the "buy" button to add
the item to your shopping cart. If you are an International
customer, please select "International" from the
dropdown menu. You can then either return to the website to
resume shopping, or make your payment by your credit card.
As payment is instant, your order will be processed immediately.
Packaging/Gift Wrap
We take great care in packaging your item to ensure your jewellery
is not damaged during transportation. We package the items
in beautiful, inscribed luxury silver boxes. If you wish us
to include a gift tag with a personalised message, please
let us know on the order form.
Postage
We will endeavour to despatch orders within 48 hours, as
long as the item is in stock. Some designs, particularly made
to order items, may take up to 4 weeks to make and dispatch.
Should a delay be anticipated, we will contact you by email
to confirm that you are comfortable with the reschedule. All
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special delivery. You will
need to sign for your item upon delivery.
All International orders are sent by 'Airsure' (please allow
5-14 days for your package to arrive) at a cost of £10.00.
You will need to sign for your item upon delivery.
Custom Charges
Our postage costs do not include international custom charges.
Please contact your customs office for further information.
Please also note that 'Special' delivery covers items lost
or damaged up to the value of £500.00 and for 'Airsure'
any specified value.
Legal Notice - Please note that all transactions made via
this website are subject to UK law. Your statutory rights
are not affected. By placing an order with Jaslo Jewellery
you agree to the terms and conditions stated on the Jaslo
Jewellery website.
Returns
Website purchases - We recognise the fact that it can be difficult
to buy online. Many people who have seen the jewellery presented
at parties feel that it looks even better than on the website.
That said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
you can return the item/s undamaged, in the original packaging
within 14 working days of receiving the item/s for a refund
or exchange. However, under UK Health and Safety law, pierced
earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Before returning the item/s, please notify us via the contact
form on this website within 14 days of receiving the jewellery.
We will send you full instructions on how to return the item/s.
Items sent back without prior approval may be returned to
the sender.
Items returned after 14 working days may be exchanged up to
30 days after receipt. A refund up to the full value (less
postage costs) of the original order will be issued if the
exchanged item/s has less value than the item/s returned.
Breakages
In the unlikely event of a breakage due to faulty workmanship,
a full refund or exchange will be offered within 30 days of
receipt. Otherwise the item will be repaired free of charge
within one year of purchase. Items damaged through misuse,
neglect, accident, or by 'normal' wear and tear cannot be
refunded, but can be repaired for an additional charge.
Bespoke/ Made to Order Jewellery
We cannot offer a refund or exchange as these pieces are
made to the customer's own specifications. This also applies
to items displayed on the website that have been modified,
for example lengthened or shortened to the customer's chosen
specifications. In the unlikely event that the jewellery breaks
due to our workmanship, the item will be repaired free of
charge up to one year after purchase. If you need more information
about making a return, please contact us via the contact form.
Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. Our beads
are chosen from reliable sources worldwide. The Thai silver
elements are supplied directly from the manufacturers in Thailand.
In the unlikely event of a breakage due to our workmanship,
you can return/exchange the item within 30 days of purchase,
or we will repair your item free of charge within one year
of receipt. After 1 year, a small fee will be charged for
the repair. If a piece of jewellery is damaged, due to no
fault of our workmanship, we can carry out the repair at a
small additional cost. Please contact us beforehand to discuss.
